Moogle Mail
Moogle Mail is the in-game messaging system that lets players send messages, gold, and cards to each other.
Accessing Mail
Click the Mail button in the navigation menu. An unread badge appears on the button when you have new messages.
Reading Messages
Your inbox shows all received messages with:
- Sender name (clickable to view their profile)
- Subject line
- Date received
- Unread indicator (bold text for unread messages)
- Attachment icons (gold coin or card icon if the message has attachments)
Click a message to open and read it.
Composing Messages
Writing a Message
- Click Compose in the mail interface
- Enter the recipient's username
- Enter a subject line
- Write your message body using BBCode formatting
BBCode Formatting
Messages support the same BBCode formatting as chat:
[b]bold[/b],[i]italic[/i],[u]underline[/u],[s]strikethrough[/s][color=red]colored text[/color]- Emoji shortcodes are supported
Attaching Gold
You can send gold along with your message:
- Enter an amount in the gold attachment field
- The gold is deducted from your balance when you send the message
- The recipient collects the gold by opening the message
Attaching Cards
You can send a card from your collection:
- Click the card attachment button to open the card picker
- Browse your collection and select a card
- The card is removed from your collection when you send
- The recipient collects the card by opening the message
Collecting Attachments
When you receive a message with gold or card attachments:
- Open the message
- Click the Collect button next to the attachment
- Gold is added to your balance or the card is added to your collection
Attachments can only be collected once.
System Mail
The system sends automated messages for:
- Deck submission approvals or rejections
- Important account notifications
System messages have a special indicator and cannot be replied to.
Inbox Limit
Your inbox holds up to 50 messages. Delete old messages to make room for new ones.
Tips
- Check mail regularly - The unread badge on the mail button tells you when you have new messages
- Collect attachments promptly - Don't leave gold or cards sitting in uncollected messages
- Use BBCode - Format your messages to make them more readable
- Delete old messages - Keep your inbox clean to stay under the 50-message limit
