1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Triple Triad Extreme ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. In-Game Virtual Currency

Triple Triad Extreme features virtual in-game currencies, including but not limited to Gold and Crystals.

• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual currency cannot be traded, sold, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or any other form of value outside the game.
• Virtual currency is non-transferable between accounts.
• Virtual currency is non-redeemable and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual currency at any time without liability to you.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language in chat or usernames.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the Service's systems.
• Intentionally disrupt gameplay for other users.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate rankings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Triple Triad Extreme, including but not limited to graphics, game mechanics, text, and software, is the property of Triple Triad Extreme or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Triple Triad card game concept is property of Square Enix. This is a fan-made, non-commercial project.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease, including access to any virtual currency or items.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Triad Extreme and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency or game progress.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
